The Move is Over

Boy...Am I glad that October is finally over!! I have been stressing about this month since July. We moved in to my dad and Darcy's 2 weeks ago and we will be making another big move in December. We are heading down south to stay with Justin's parents for a while so that Justin and I can get our schooling finished. Justin is gonna go for Game Animation and I am gonna finish up my gen ed associates so that when I decide what I wanna do, I can go straight into a Bachelor's program. We have realized we have done all of this completely backwards but we are now trying to get finished so we can get settled. Riley is doing good....trick or treating tomorrow!!! Yeah!!! She is going as Minnie Mouse (Of Course) I am looking forward to that. Steph and Vance are flying in Thursday and we are going to Grand Bear Lodge on Saturday and we are staying in a cabin and going to the waterpark. I will post some pictures when they go home because I am sure I wont have any time to do it when they are here!! :)

Where Has the Time Gone???

Wow....it is already October!! I can't believe it! I have neglected my poor blog for a year and I have decided that I am going to finally make time to catch everyone up! So...where do I start? Riley just turned a year old on August 13th and we had a nice little birthday party for her at our house. (Of course it was all about MINNIE MOUSE!!!) She got a lot of nice gifts and absolutely loved her smash cake. She started walking about 3 weeks before her birthday so I am sure you can only imagine how busy she is! She is all over the place and extremely clumsy. She has bruises and scratches and she is still running! She loves playing outside and picking up rocks. She watches mickey mouse clubhouse, elmo's world, little einsteins and Jake and the neverland pirates. When she isn't running around like a wild child, she loves looking at books and being read to. We took her to a petting farm a few weeks ago so her new thing is farm animals. She is a joy to run around after and I love being a mom! I have been home with her a lot lately because Justin went back to work so that has been great. I do need to work at least 2 days a week which is kinda a bummer but it will be good for all of us because she is literally attached to my butt!!! :) So anyways, this is a quick catch-up but I will be back with more (hopefully daily) but we shall see.
